Piaggio Zip?

I am contemplating buying a Zip. I am very short and the specs from Piaggio say that the seat has 3 different hights. When I mentioned this to the salesman he seemed unaware that it did or how to alter it!! Could you tell me so I can tell them ???

could be on the front hinge of the seat. lift the seat up and have a look.or ask another piaggio dealer how.
