Vaillant Sine 18 T3 W - No hot water, CH ok?

I have a Vaillant Sine 18 T3 W. The boiler won't fire up when hot water tap is opened. Pressure OK, in fact since this happened the pressure at the tap has increased. CH is OK.

Can anybody point me in the right direction as to what it might be?

Hi Carefree.

Replaced the whole unit instead of replacing the diapham & stuffing gland. Everthing OK now.
Will repair the faulty one and keep it as a spare.

Many thanks for your help.

Underneath the boiler, central, toward the front, a silver valve with 4 water connections going to/coming from it.
The page I posted for Bill (who thought I was joking for some reason)? Has a picture of the valve, 4th item down (stuffing box shown too).

I think someone is having a laugh!!! Stuffing box????

Domestic diaphragm in the water section.
Worth replacing the stuffing box (often leaks too) on top of the water section too at the same time.
