Scantronic 808 battery missing?

I have changed the battery and done reset to the default 07890 install code and 1234 user code, I put a new battery of exact same spec but still shows missing battert message. when I type 07890, it shows error message : " 01 flts cant rst"
can some one tell me what to do?

I think the battery is connected back to front.
