My AEG D8100-1 Double Oven makes a dreadful rattling noise!?

Why does my AEG D8100-1 make a rattling noise everytime we use it? It is fan related and comes from the top of the oven area - when its starts rattling, if you hit the top panel of the oven it stops....for a few moments then starts off annoyingly again!
Is this a simple fix?
Does the fan need to be replaced or can we just lube the bearing points?

Pulled oven out, popped off the top panel to expose fan assy and identified where noise was coming from. It was the bearing at the right-hand end.
Stripped fan assebly down, lubricated both bearings with high temperature ptfe grease, reassembled...perfect!
No more rattling fan!
Simple, cost effective solution.

Its the fan above the top oven I think, not the main (bottom) oven one. I can just see the fan through the vent slots just below the front control panel whne I pull the grill door down. The fan appears to be a horizontal rotating cage.
Presumably the problem may be the bearing faces on each side of its support?

Could be a badly worn fan. They do wear out pretty quick but are cheap and easy to replace.Check out ebay for your model.

try takeing the fan grill cover off, and see if the screw /nut, is tight thats holding the fan blades ,
