I have a Rowenta that suddenly starting leaking from the white heel base. It flooded my ironing board when it was left there upright overnight. It has always been a great iron and I have had no trouble with it, but now I can't use it at all. Please advise. We live in Bermuda Dunes (about 20 miles south east of Palm Springs). Since I need it every week, I cannot mail it anywhere. The model # is DE-833 (with another small number at the bottom - 2698.
