Hi - my built in Neff dishwasher (don't know the model and am at work so can't check) won't end the cycle. Everything is clean and I have emptied it but it keeps whirring like it is trying to drain. I have checked the filters, which aren't blocked but there is (white ?) soapy water there. I have also tried resetting and switching off and on at the wall, but to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks
