whats the difference with the 1990 escort EFI loom to the 1991 rs2000 loom as iv just change the engine and now the fuel pump and injecters now no longer work i no shore if the ECU has a transponder or not any ideas

What relays or switches does the 12Vs go through to get to the #11 fuse in the, fuse box... ? This fuse is dead.
