How to reset a Bosch Classixx 1400 Express?

The original fault was the 3 flashing red lights( 1400, 800, and Rinse Hold), the m/c would not go after pressing the start button. I removed the motor,to find the brushes badly worn and the com very dirty. I've cleaned the com(wth a com brush) and replaced the brushes, but the fault (flashing lights) remains. I gather there is a reset for this fault, do you know how to reset the m/c ?

I have successfully reset the machine but when I start it going again, it starts but then stops and there is an intermittent clicking noise from behind the dial? Any thoughts?

Hi
I have tried all of the above reset procedures for the f21 fault code with no success. I have no flashing light when switched on, could this be the PCB?

For BOSCH Clasixx 6 1200 Express F:22 Error ->
http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/help/fault-codes/laundry-fault-codes/3308-bosch-wae-range-washing-machine-fault-codes

Turn the program dial to the off or reset position (should be at the 12 o’clock position)
Turn the dial to the 6 o’clock position
Press and hold down on the spin button and simultaneously turn the dial to the 7 o’clock position.
Hold the spin button for around 5 seconds and then release.
Turn the dial to the off position.

Worked.
Thanks

If your washing machine has no Spin Knob:

1. Turn the regulator knob to off
2. Wait for couple of seconds
3. Turn the regulator knob to the 6 O'clock position
4. Flashing light will start
5. Press and hold the START knob, while hoding, then turn regulator knob to 7 O'clock position till the flashing light goes off
7. Turn the regulator knob to off
8. Start the washing as normal and the machine should start working .

My machine had a Key symbol flashing light on the digital screen and followed the above procedures and did work and hope it will work for you as well.

Thanks to B. Collings procedure

To Nyla: I agree; the machine doesn't have a SPIN button. However, I successfully reset my machine just now using the instructions below, pressing and holding the button beneath RINSE HOLD (i.e. the button you use the change spin speed).

If the three lights mentioned above are flashing the m/c needs reset. The reset procedure is as follows---
1. Turn the programme selector knob to the off position.
2.Wait a couple of seconds.
3.Turn the knob to the 6 o'clock position.
4.Wait untill the 3 lights start flashing, wait 2 seconds,
press and hold the SPIN BUTTON, while holding it down, turn the control knob to the 7 o'clock position.
5. Release the spin button, this should have cleared the
fault, (flashing lights). Turn the knob to off.
6. Try the machine, it MAY take a few times to reset.
It worked for me O.K.
Found this reset procedure on the net (eventually!)
