built in oven zanussi zbf260 inner glass has fallen inside my drop down door how do i get door apart and what do i use to stick it

you need to replace the inner door frame complete OR you can buy silicon on the net that will stick the glass back to the metal frame which is far cheaper option.look in the instruction manual to see how to remove the whole door and then flip it over and remove the screws to get the inner and outer doors apart.
