how to fix my heated rear window?

My Citroen C3 has a heated rear window which only partially works, lower half. Can anyone recommend what I can check to correct the problem?

You may have damaged the wire grid on the inside of the glass. Look for a break at the point demist does not work.
Halfords or the like do a paint repair kit to join up the break.
