Hiya, all engine fitted to modern mowers have electronic ignition, no points and condensers.
Did it stop in use or just fail to start when you got it out to use?
Initially I would look for a fault on the low tension wiring. This is the wire that grounds out the ignition. If necessary remove the top cowling to check it out, sometimes they can ground out by rubbing against metal.
The wire to often connected to the blade brake assy under the cowling.
