how do i manage to start up my pilot light on my profile 60e

There isn't a permanent pilot on the profile, it's an automatic ignition.
Without (enough) proper information from you, I can only guess as to the problem.
Try the overheat reset button, a hole in the bottom cover roughly underneath the thermostat dial.
