when i try to use the washers the water just pours onto the ground

hi dougie, locate the washer bottle, which i think is o/s/f inner wheel-arch and then check the pipes on the washer motor to see if they are connected or split!! you may need to remove the inner wheel-arch cover.. give that a go!!
