leaking Aqualisa 'Aquastream'?

we have an Aqualisa 'Aquastream', leaking from the shower head. The cartridge has bee changed. What's the likely fault ?

there is an "O" ring on the back of the cartridge, Aqualisa will send you on for free, give them a ring.
