I think I have a hole in my Vauxhall Zafira wash wipe tank?

I think I have a hole in my Vauxhall Zafira wash wipe tank as it seems to empty very quickly no matter how full I fill it. Is this a garage type repair or is their a solution I can add that will seal it without blocking the actual wiper feeds?
