9827 Keypad for 9800+?

Hello all,
I have a 9800+panel & require a new replacement 9827 Keypad. I suspect I have fried the pcb whilst moving the Keypad whilst decorating.
Anyone knows where I can source one or maybe the pcb on its own?

Hi gts, I have recieved the Keypad thanks, but its a 9930 model not the 9827.I'm not sure it will work with the 9800+ panel, as the contacts on this one has 0v, 12v DATA & CLK.
the 9827 only has 0v, 12v & SIGNAL.
I really appreciate your kind gesture, but I would still like to reimburse you the postage costs for the one you've sent me. Please let me know how I can do this

Thank you very much gts, im sorry if i came across the wrong way earlier, was a little stressed out, but honestly no hard feelings (:-), I agree I was stupid for not powering down first. I thought doing so may activate the external sounder.

no prob if you give me a postal address i will send it to you,i took it of a site that wanted a bigger panel with more zones,we fitted it originally so i know its fine.if you dont wish to give your own addy,then any one that will keep it for you will do,

Gts, I know its my fault I should have powered down, I've learn't my lesson for the future. I'm 100% sure the control panel is fine, only keypad busted. I've walk tested & tested outputs /bell/strobe, all is fine. I guess I was lucky!
I installed system myself 10 years ago, hasn't skipped a beat.
Would like to keep the system, if you have the 9827, I will appreciate it very much.

gts, ok, not offended ok (:-). pcb is fine cos system is fully functional on another keypad(d/stairs). pcb on upstairs keypad busted. I was making connection at the keypad end.
There is no 9561 keypad.

and how do you know you have not damaged the pcb?
you will not get the 9800 keypad,they are obsolete,but you can use the 9561 keypad ,you really must lighten up mate,we come on this site to give help,but we like to have a laugh as well,if you cant take a bit of banter,tough .

I'LL just clarify again, its not the panel thats damaged, its the keypad. I need a replacement Keypad.

your a dope,and deserve all that you have caused your self,you should have powered down the system before you buggered about with it.you have ruined a very good panel,poor 9800.having an idiot as an owner!!:-)

Hello Acorn, what happened is this:
I disconnected keypad with system in eng mode.
Upon reconnection, had system in Eng mode, then proceeded to wire up. In doing so, I managed to short the 12v connection onto the pcb! there was a slight burning smell. Now what happens is that all the leds light up & no display on the keypad. it seems locked.

Before you mention it, I was lazy, should have first disconnected the keypad wiring at the panel, but there you go.
So I presume its beyond fixing now(:{
