My tractor will not idle down when it is started. It also blow's black smoke. It was fine until I brought out a big load of firewood with it and parked it. The next day I went to start and move the ol girl and it started having these prblem's. Anybody have any idea what it might be.

Check the injection pump drive.
If the bolts in the adjutable drive coupling have come loose the injection timing can slip and give this kind of symptom.
