how can i fix my fischerpaychel aquasmart washing machine?

It will not pump water out, I have unblocked the hose by blowing back up the pipe and taken the pump off and apart and it seems all clear but still will not go. I got a coin out the first time but there doesnt appear to be anything blocking it now
