Your description of fault makes no sense. The hot/cold buttons do not beep. No buttons beep. The beeping sound comes from a sounder inside on the main PCB. When it beeps, what lights are flashing on & off? What lights are on along the top row? Copy the lights from left to right and put here which are on & which ones are off - exactly. Only when you make some sense will you be able to get some help.
