Hi, is it a Mk V11? This had the single screwed handle on the LH side. Either the thread is striped in the adjuster rod or the ferrel in goes into. I doubt they are still available, so maybe remove them and have the thread re cut.
If your Punch has two hand wheels on the front roller them try replacing them.
