fitting new ecu?

citrien saxo 1.6 vts engine kept stalling brought an unlocked ecu well it said it was, plugged it in and now nothing got the green light and red light on the immobilser, car wont start. help!!!!!

it is not as easy as just plugging in an ecu,it must go onto the correct diagnostic machine to sort out all your faults
