peugeot vivacity whining?

my vivacity 50cc is making a whining noise wen i go over 40 mph still running ok but noise is pissing me off no one know wot it is can any one help pls noise dont start till i hit 40

it sounds like the drive belt is slipping mate i would fit a new one and see how it goes.
