How can I fix my Indicators, Wipers and Heater. Ford Escort Silhoette?

Indicators, Windscreen Wipers and Heater have stopped working at the same time. Fuses have all been checked and they are all ok. Wiring appears to be ok. Does any one know what could have caused this? Model: Ford Escort Silhoette, L reg.
