I been doing that and my phone just never charges and then when i try to power it on it goes right back to the flashing lights????/ HELPPPPPPP

There's really nothing you can do but go to wherever you bought it from and have them look into it, they'll tell you what the problem is, because if you continue to try and charge it you'll most likely mess it up even more.

try turning it on with the charger pluged into the phone, your batterie might be too low to turn it on ,
