How can I disassemble my Kenwood toaster?

My Kenwood Toaster is catching internally when the slide is depressed to activate it.I know I need a special tool to unscrew it but have no idea how to get hold of one. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
The model no. is YY950.

I've just sussed how to undo the 'special' screws on my Kenwood toaster. They have a domed top with six slots around the side.

I managed to undo them with a 4mm socket from my socket set and lots of downwards pressure.

Managed to fix the toaster too!

I've just had a similar problem getting into a kenwood TT490. If the screws have cap shaped head with a 6 pointed star-shape then it is probably a system zero screw. Try RS online at http://rswww.com for a screwdriver. Size 1 fitted my screws which are about 5mm across.

I just used a flat blade screwdriver which would just fit into the screw. It worked!
