If memory serves me right, it is the fuser (fixer).
if you go into service mode by pressing the Starhead key and then the # id key, this will display service mode#1 click through till yo\u see #7 printer select ok and then using the arrow keys go to i think #4 reset printer. press ok. This will clear the last error messages held in memory. If it restarts and still gives you E000 then replace the fixer unit assembly.
