Temp gauge 0813?

My Temprature gauge does not move on my ford cargo (horsebox) 0813 could it be the switch

take wire off temp transmitter [on engine and earth it out gauge should go to high if it stays at bottom then fault could be in wiring or gauge itself.have you checked all fuses are intact.
