the best way to check if the water is heating is to let it drain in to a bucket at the end of the wash cycle.you can then test the water heat direct with your hand.touching the glass can be misleading!.if the water is cold you will probably find the heating element open circuit.this is accessed by removing the back panel and undoing the 10mm nut in the centre of the heating element.prise the element out once the nut is loose.fit in reverse
