How can I fix my BEKO Fridge/Freezer CA7015FF?

I had to move my fridge freezer and now all it does is make gurgling noises as though there is running water and neither the fridge nor freezer will get cold can anyone give some advice?

when the gas is lost it does this and makes the gurgling sound.Also if oil gets in to the pipework and blocks the system because of moving it about.Expensive repair!!!
