Braun electric toothbrush repairs?

I have 2 Braun electric toothbrushes and they have just packed up in the middle of cleaning my teeth I have tried charging but they appear as dead as a dodo

Rule of thumb.

If the charge light comes on then the handle is at fault, but no charge light would indicate a charger fault. Can you email me a type number (found underneath) and I will be able to assist further.
