1st, don't worry about the tamper noise, it's supposed to do that.
2nd, remove the two screws from the lid of the control panel, the tamper will sound. The lid should stay there.
Enter your code at the Key Pad, it'll stop.
Don't forget there is 240v mains inside this box.
3rd, with the 'flap' shut place a flat bladed screwdriver at the bottom, between the back plate and the front plate (the keypad bit) and gently leaver the handle downwards, with a couple of gentle goes, one each at about an inch from the outside edge, it should 'pop' off.
Don't damage the cable.
When you've done your thing, replace everything, the Key Pad needs a gentle tap with the side of your fist to get it to sit back correctly.
Back to the main box, replace the screws, enter your code.
Might be a good time to change the battery as well, they don't last for ever.
