Im thinking of buying a 01 plate 2.2 auto omega but iv been told that the gear box is stuck in snow mode, is this a critical problem? If not will it be ok to drive as normal?
Do you mean the 's' light is flashing. These boxes are quite reliable. Codes will need reading. Common fault is alternator overcharging and kicking off transmission computer.
