My hotpoint TCN65A tumble dryer doesn't heat up?

I assume its the thermostat, can anyone tell me where the thermostat is located? or any other reason why it may not be not working?
Thanks

Hello again, more assistance is required please Regarding my TCM65A, i have replaced the heating element as only the 1 coil was heating up (to about half way along the 1 coil), the new element is no different, still only heating up only half way on 1 coil (there are 4 coils) is this correct? I assumed that all 4 coils should get hot? I then replaced the 2 thermostats, still no change.
Thanks

Thanks for that, the one with the green dot has reset itself by dropping it onto the floor, and only half, of one of the heating elements appears to be working. Hopefully save a visit by an engineer, much appreciated.

there are two, both are on the heater housing, one is a one shot device, the other resets change both,if the element has gone, you can see the heater hump on the back of the machine
