hi to be honest i dont know to much about cars and cant really explan the fault nor do i know what caused it i just know it has affected the lights indicators and started my the fans not going off and the electric windows opening without the key in the ignition. also the battery warning light on the dash board stays on

somewhere somehow dampness seems to have got into the electrics on your car. this would cause the problems you have.
