AEG Lavatherm 57700 dryer is not producing water?

My question is similar to the previous question in that no water is getting in to the water container. It has a new condensor and runs for the full period (i.e. I assume the pump is working). I have ensured the condensor is fitted properly so what else could be the problem? I also note that although the although the clothes get warm , they seem to take ages to actually dry ( the timer says 85 mins for dry and 120 mins for extra dry). My dryer is in an outhouse but there does not appear to be any sign of extra moisture in the room after a drying session.

you need to find out why there is no water collecting.could be a faulty pump or a blocked valve not allowing water to drain away properly.
