While using my treadmill one day, it just began to slow down. Now the treadmill, a Proform 545 S, will not reach its programed speed. At higher speeds--9mph and higher--the motor emits sparks. Is this a motor poblem? The led on the motor controller blinks very rapidly, that is, more than once per second.
