Ive tried to reset things....but on every shift, this thing still says we've made much more than we actually have... ive been here with employees, and I dont steal from myself...so how can I get rid of this problem!!??? on every report it tells me a number expected for the drawer, but is more than we have. And none of us could make that many mistakes. everyday......pullin my hair out

Make sure you are performing a Z report, not an X. There will be a Z at the top of the report somewhere. If it is an X, the report will just keep getting larger without resetting. Otherwise, it could be a setting for your cash in drawer total that needs checking.
