You don't say what motor it is,but it is usually unbolt it and drop it from the diff end and pull it out.BUT you must mark the position of the flange on the shaft and the flange on the diff(use a centre punch or scrape it or chalk it)so that you put it back in the same position,it is balanced if you fit it in the wrong holes you will get vibration througt it.Also have a rag ready to shove in to the gearbox output hole when you pull the shaft out.
