I am unable to open the rear left hand door. I have removed all the inside window mechanism to obtain access to the lock. You can hear the central locking mechanism operate and you can manually operate the lock and latch linkage but still it will not open the door.Have you any suggestions how I can open the door even by destroying the lock assembly as I have already purchased a replacement.
