zanussi zdc46130w keeps talling me to empty tank?

keeps alarming every few mins and stopping saying "empty tank"but tank has been emptied!

there is a tank in the back.if it gets blocked or the drain pump fails (if fitted on your model) then it fills up and tells you to empty the tank
