The thing has been blarring out all morning. The spanner has a red light on front panel and an intermitent message Lid tamper/reset required. Manual gone walkies. Can you help?

you could try 07890,if your panel then says installer mode,just press 99 enter,if it says leave engineer mode,just press enter,it will then say checking system,then the system will go back the day mode,
but,and it is a big but,if the panel has code changed by the installer,then your on to plums,:-)

it means the the panel lid has been opened and either not closed properly,or you need the engineering code to reset the scantronic panel you have
