beko wm5140s washing machine just stopped working the lights come on when press start button etc clicks as if ready to start wash but nothing happening. filter at bottom right removed, clean and clear but still not working. is there a pump that could be stuck?

remove the filter bottom right corner behind plinth.shine a torch in to the filter housing and make sure the drain pump impeller rotates freely.press the start button in for 5 seconds and let the machine reset and put the end or ready light on then select a new wash program and retry
