It cuts out when starting up from cold, also cuts out at juntions, and when slowing down. Thermostat is not working, but heater is. It only revs up to just below 1000 rpm, even when cold starting. I think it should rev to 2000 rpm when cold, then drop when warm to 1000. Any ideas ??
