rear suspension 2004mondeo ghia tdci auto estate?

is it ok to replace the existing rear self levelling shock absorbers with ordinary heavy duty shock absorbers and would it make any difference to the ride height on level ground

Well, what do you think, self levelling shock absorbers, do exactly what it says on the tin, self level. So if you haven't got self levelling shock absorbers, let's see. The more weight put in the car, the lower the suspension will be, simples
