Replacing front drum seal on a Zanussi TD520 tumble dryer?

Can anyone tell me how you get a new drum seal round the drum on a Zanussi TD520? The belt is easy but it seems you have to part the two halves of the outside casing to get the seal onto the from of the drum.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
