fix breaks on 75e 15 ford cargo?

my breaks on my lorrie have gone soft i have put new pads all round and blead the breaks but still the same dos any one have an answer

Also check the master cylinders as ive had the seals blow when changing pads and bleading brakes, as they have to move full travel which once bleed they dont do, so if there is any rusting in the piston chamber this tears the seals.

will add to what k has said,,have you checked the calipers are free to move and not seized ???

possibly require bedding in by finding quiet road and braking till vehicle comes to a stop a few times.[especially if discs not changed].
