The door seal on my Bosch WFD2060 washing machine has a small chunk missing from it at the bottom so that it leaks. In the first instance i intended to simply turn the seal around 180° so that we can hopefully use the machine whilst awaiting spares.

The outer edge of the seal is secured to the door cutout using a simple circular wire spring clip. I have undone this and now have the outer edge free, but cannot see how the inner edge of the seal attaches to the drum - any ideas out there.

The inner part of the seal is held in place with a detachable spring. By carefully pulling the edges into the drum you can remove this by hand quite easily.

The problem is putting it back together. haven't figured that out yet. If you find out please let us know.
