I have rebuilt my s2 escort rs turbo I've had it starded twice since the rebuild and now when I turn it over it runs for 2 seconds and dies out if I try touch the accelarator it dies instantly their is fuel getting to the engine because it floods. The metering unit, fuel pump, coil seem fine could this be the cold start valve
