Where is the name change button on a Geller et6600?

We have followed the quick guide manual and done price changes succesfully but cannot find the button to do name change

It may not have been setup with the programming for name change. Just use the normal instructions for changing the PLU or department (whichever you have) name. It will be in your manual.
