HELP!!! Ravenheat csi 85 combi?

Heating but no hot water. Turned hot tap on and plunger on diverter valve pushes onto the Micro switch which on checking with multi meter it works fine.
COULD THE PROBLEM BE THE PCB? A clicking noice can sometimes be heard from around this area when calling for hot water.

I have to re-set the boiler every time I want hot water as it constantly trips out over a period of time.
ANY IDEAS?

Thanks

i would guess that if you are hearing several clicks that either the plunger is not making permanent contact with the micro switch or the switch is faulty one way to check is remove micro switch assembly turn tap on and manually operate switch if burner lights it's the plunger if not it's the switch try it a few times to confirm if that doesn't work it may be pcb

Thanks Brian. No the burner dont come on and wires seem ok to pcb.

When the plunger presses onto the micro sitch nothing happens, the wires to the pcb seem to be ok. If the plunger is moving onto the microswitch does this indicate the diverter valve is working ok?

you haven't said if burner comes on or not if it does when you turn hot tap on check c/heating pipes close to boiler if they get hot then divertor valve is faulty also trace wires from switch to pcb you could have either a loose connection or a dry joint on the pcb
